For everyday decay and wear, we use composite tooth-coloured fillings that blend seamlessly with your natural enamel, along with a minimally invasive dentistry philosophy that removes only the affected tooth structure rather than aggressively cutting into healthy tissue. Where the tooth is more extensively damaged, biomimetic dentistry techniques are used to restore the tooth's original strength and flexibility using layered, tooth-like materials rather than a single rigid block of filling material. For back teeth carrying heavy chewing forces, we often recommend ceramic inlays and onlays (including premium E-Max restorations) or composite inlays and onlays — precision-fitted restorations that are stronger and more durable than a traditional filling while still conserving healthy tooth structure.

ToothWorks also specialises in tooth fracture repair and chipped tooth restoration, so a sudden accident or a bite on something hard doesn't have to mean losing the tooth. For patients with a visible gap between their front teeth, we offer diastema (gap) closure using bonding or veneers to create a naturally even smile, and for teeth that have lost significant structure to decay or old dental work, tooth build-up (core build-up) rebuilds a stable foundation, often in preparation for a crown.
